The room at Le Grand Chatelard Hotel Bar Restaurant was absolutely fantastic! It had an executive lounge access, which made me feel like a VIP. The soundproofing was great, ensuring a peaceful and quiet stay. Plus, having a private entrance gave me a sense of privacy and convenience. I also loved the city view, it was such a treat to wake up to. And having a washing machine in the double room was a game-changer for me as an old people. Finally, the flat-screen TV provided entertainment and relaxation during my downtime.

Personally, I didn't find much use for the tumble dryer in the triple room, but I understand that others might find it useful.

The recently renovated rooms are in excellent condition, and the owner is warm, friendly, and accommodating for cyclists. The staff was superb at looking after us during our accidents and the meals were delicious. Great bike storage and a comfortable, large bedroom made our experience even better.

We had an incredible stay in a beautiful village. The location was perfect for our cycling tour, with easy access to Col du Glandon. The recently renovated rooms were in excellent condition, and the owner was warm and accommodating. One small inconvenience was the lack of communication about the hotel reception closing between 3 and 6pm. It would have been helpful to have been informed of this in advance.
